buonasera carissimi colleghi e da circa una settimana che sono bloccato per la redazione di un tipo mappale. cerco in poche parole di spiegartvi mio caso.

dovrei fare un ampliamento e la giusta rappresentazione grafica di un fabbricato già inserito all'urbano. il fabbricato è la particella 156 con corte graffata di 406 mq (SN) e la particella a i terreni 512 di 14286 mq. (SN)
redigo il tipo mappale in variazione, nel contorno 7 inserisco la particella madre 156 e la derivata 156. preciso che il tipo è stato redatto con appoggio ai punti fiduciali.
dopo aver eseguito la proposta, confermata redigo il censuario "MAPPALE":

dopo averlo salvato, modello formalmente corretto, inizio a predisporre l'atto di aggiornamento e nel quadro Controlli di Approvazione nonostante la scritta Esito dei controlli POSITIVO mi spunta questa scritta: la superficie 14286 della particella 512 dichiarata nel modello censuario differisce per oltre il 5% con la corrispondente superficie 1 mq rilevata nella proposta d'aggiornamento.

Ora non capisco dove sta l'inghippo e sarei grato se qualcuno potrebbe darmi una mano di auto perchè sono veramente dovrei fare un ampliamento e la giusta rappresentazione grafica di un fabbricato già inserito all'urbano. il fabbricato è la particella 156 con corte graffata di 406 mq (SN) e la particella a i terreni 512 di 14286 mq. (SN)
redigo il tipo mappale in variazione, nel contorno 7 inserisco la particella madre 156 e la derivata 156. preciso che il tipo è stato redatto con appoggio ai punti fiduciali.
dopo aver eseguito la proposta, confermata redigo il censuario "MAPPALE":

dopo averlo salvato, modello formalmente corretto, inizio a predisporre l'atto di aggiornamento e nel quadro Controlli di Approvazione nonostante la scritta Esito dei controlli POSITIVO mi spunta questa scritta: la superficie 14286 della particella 512 dichiarata nel modello censuario differisce per oltre il 5% con la corrispondente superficie 1 mq rilevata nella proposta d'aggiornamento.

Ora non capisco dove sta l'inghippo e sarei grato se qualcuno potrebbe darmi una mano di auto perchè sono veramente disperato.[img]....
